Xavier decided on the products name after polling his Twitter followers.
He posted a Twitter thread on launch day. Within four hours, he had almost 30 subscribers on the waiting list. After 24 hours, Xavier had 40 000+ views on the thread’s first tweet. The website had 300 visitors and there was 65+ people on the waiting list.
PipeSocial had 100 people on the waiting list by May 18.
In September, he realized that he had built the wrong product and needed to pivot the brand. He created a Twitter thread about his decision to pivot in public. He released a new version 10 days later.
